An update from Dr.Kim

This afternoon we met with Dr. Kim. He is encouraged by Mom's progress given how difficult the surgeries were yesterday. Because of the hemorrhage and second surgery, her recovery will be much slower and she could spend up to two weeks in ICU. We are hopeful that the swelling in the brain stem will subside allowing her to be more responsive.

She continues to show movement on the right side of her body, but it is probably going to take longer than expected for her to open her eyes.

We are far from out of the woods yet, so please keep sending your prayers. They are working!!

Thank you for all the messages, phone calls and visits. We are reading each message and it means so much to us. Your constant support is keeping us going! Thank you.

Love, John, Kelly, Michael & Rachel
